We collaborated with our internal partners to transform this analog service into a digital experience that enables customers to browse, book, and reserve advertising space quick and easy by leveraging their rewards points.

We took this end to end by developing a customer journey, service blueprint, defining key MVP features, and driving UX and 3D creative internally. Big thanks to everyone involved.
