Feedback - every designer’s nemesis, right?

I try to see feedback as an opportunity to improve my work and invite valuable opinions that I might not have considered before. 

With that being said tho, feedback isn’t always as helpful as it can be and is still a huge source of anxiety for a lot of designers, even me.
