@Jason I'd definitely be interested in doing a subscription as well. It would nice to maybe get 10% off each book and have them shipped automatically when they come out...it can be done easily with a bit of coding...or depending on the shopping cart you're using, they often include a sub feature
@Amber: It's not the web side of subscriptions that's tough, it's the business side. Think about how many folks change their address or payment methods in a given year. Each one of those becomes a support problem because we need to make sure we're charging the right account and shipping to the right place. Otherwise, those books are lost or may take quite a lot of time to be returned to us (and only then letting us know that the delivery failed). It's quite a big problem logistically.
