   This is a rebound of Norms dial, to illustrate what I would change.
   Hey Norm,
   how about adding a small inset to the dial, instead of the knob you have now?

   Yeah this looks ok, however what I'm trying to create is something a little different, I think this takes away the unique qualities from my design.
