   Very nice, only thing that isn't completely making me love this is the lack of detail on the eye... Maybe it's just me but seems like it would help to add a pupil... could be the diagonals in the bg that are throwing me...

   @Benjamin, I see what your saying, but I may lose the pupil anyway when I take the logo down in size. I am still tweaking so thanks for the suggestions. I may even take the nostril off, it also is lost when smaller. We'll see. Thanks everyone.

    I agree with you. I don't think too much detail, like adding a pupil etc, would fit well when it needs to be scaled down for web purposed or whatever.

    I actually mistook the nostril for a wicked grin, haha.

    I would probably nudge the text for "excavating" a bit to the right. Dunno, might just be me :P
