    1. Instant Oatmeal - put 1/2 cup in a bowl
    2. Non-alkalized Cacao Powder - maybe 1 tsp? minimally processed and great for the brain
    3. Ceylon Cinnamon - just a little bit. cinnamon is strong and you don't want too much. lowers cholesterol, good for brain, good for blood sugar, good for everything. (don't use cassia cinnamon)
    4. Raisins - I like to add around 8-10 raisins
    5. Blueberries - about a cup. good for everything, a real superfood.
    6. Vitamin D - 5000iu's a day please.

    Then add your boiling water and stir it up
