Looks nice, but I find the "Log in with Facebook" and "Log in with Linkedin" a tad bit tight in font size. You could solve it by creating both forms horisontal, using 50% of the height each.

I like it, but you should take the 'or' more into the middle of these two stripes. That may look better.

@Ionut Cool, but i am not too sure about Remember password seems not so important, since a lot of browsers (Well at least the one i use) Prompt's the users with Remember password :)
