   @Juan - No, the pop would appear anywhere a user name is displayed. The layout above is just for the purpose adding more to the image.

    @Matthew, @Dom Not sure that it's usable (even though it's only a mockup, yadda-yadda).

    1. The user name/avatar doesn't look very clickable, and looks more like a link than a dropdown control anyway,
    2. It's located as if it were a tooltip (Coda style) whereas it looks like and seems to behave like a dropdown.

    User confusion would likely follow, etc. That being said, it looks real good, so that's a download!

    @Jocelyn - The username/avatar doesn't have to be displayed like that, it could just be a username as a link.

    Right click a Dock icon and you'll see the exact same style popup/tooltip, seems to work fine for Apple ;)
