About Project: Mike Edward lives in Canada. This winter he wants to visit Bangladesh, especially Sylhet and Coxbazar. This will be the first time for him to visit Bangladesh alone. Mike searched a lot to find an experienced and trustable travel guide in Bangladesh who can help him to guide in Sylhet and Coxbazar. He already booked his Air ticket. Now he is worried about that. Can you help Mike to get a travel guide and also help him to find awesome tourist places in Bangladesh?

Project Goal: A website that will help you to make your travel more comfortable.

Problem Identify

1. People feel insecure about payment methods.

2. Refund options are actually worthless.

3. Agents are so rude, ridiculous, and not cooperative.

4. Terrible customer service.

5. Doesn’t allow under 25 years old person to rent any house.

6. Without sending any advance notice, suddenly cancel the reservation.

7. App doesn’t find really the things that you asked for! doesn’t work the search option properly.

8. If a hotel room booking was canceled due to “an unforeseen technical error” sometimes they increase the hotel room price.

9. Travellers are scared about their holiday trip because of Accommodation. they don’t know much information about their destinations is. so they don’t. find quality budget-friendly hotels/apartments/resorts.

10. Travellers don’t know much information about their destination ares, So they don’t cover properly their expected places.

11. Travellers were many times hijacked by local peoples. they don’t know much information about their destination ares, So they want tourist guide. who can tell them which places are safe & which places are not safe for them?

12. Travellers many times face a lot of trouble finding or booking vehicles (cars, Hiace, Noah, etc).

13. Hotel food is very expensive.
