The only item I'm really left wondering on is the additional tilted and ruled page below. It's not really necessary but allows for a sense of depth that I wasn't able to really capture the first time.
@Matt Well in my mind it served a purpose: implying the fact that the license is a (long) read and not just a "free token" of use. It gives information scent on what's beneath the button.

My first take on the licensing area for the new sproutcore.com. Figured I would try to add a bit of fun to an otherwise boring and monotonous page.

Very nice idea and execution! Licensing is usually vague and neglected, but making it "flesh and blood" like you did could emphasize it for the user.
