    This looks awesome. Maybe it needs some final touches on the edges of the ribbon and I think it's unnatural for the form field to follow the curve of the ribbon.

    That ribbon is sooooo awesome as are the general textures surrounding, and I love the colors! But I do agree with Thanos - I don't think the form field should follow, it looks too awkward.
