I dig it. The wings touching the inner circle makes me wonder what it would look like if it were breaking out of it a little more. I like how you're presenting the logo on that textured background too.

I was thinking about making the glider a tad larger. I am also playing with the idea of adding some negative space clouds or skyline beneath the plane--to make it a bit more interesting.
