Isra' Mi'raj [Arabic: الإسراء والمعراج, (al-’Isrā’ wal-Miʿrāj)] commemorates the pilgrimage of The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to heaven, the Night Journey when He was given the order to do the ritual Islamic prayer (Salat) five times per day.
