Really love the subtle colour palette in use here and your style.

By the way, when I checked the .psd, I found that many additional layers were used to achieve some of the effects such as gloss on the button, emboss effect of the badge etc. I think that it could be simplified to some extend by making better use of layer styles. I have tried to reproduce one of these buttons in 3 layers. Have a look : http://cl.ly/0g1K3x0x010z3D400V31
(Not a pixel-perfect reproduction of this. But a hint at how layer styles could have simplified the process)

Although, Its not always the best solution to achieve everything with minimum number of layers and just with layer styles. I have used it in this case just to show as to how far layer styles can be made use of.

@Pratyush Ah, you're right. It's probably because I've grown to avoid Bevel and Emboss and prefer strokes and inner glows/shadows. This will come in handy in the future, though, thanks for the heads-up! :)

They are nice but the status colours look simply replicated from the Mac OS, this may be confusing for some users? Though i supposed you would never see all three status's together.
