The animation is amazing and fun idea to animate the menu items. But the website fonts etc are not so nice. Getting lots of flash errors as well.

@Matt D. Smith rather think it's the human brain that's not used to the Isometric perspective. Or I'm just unable to notice the issue you've mentioned :D

Fun animation, really impressive. But the typography is pretty bad. This could definitely need more love – it looks cheap compared to the rest. And you could fix the scrollbar a little. First of all only show it if there is an overflow. And then you could adjust the size of the handle according to the amount of overflow.

i just started learning animating with maya at an animation school, but its mainly characteranimation, would love to see the way you do these in maya.

Well I have been to Animation Mentor for 2 semesters and I did learn only character animations but it helped me so much to understand animation! I'm working on couple of tutorials for these types of animations. I can't wait to share them.
