King Osiris

This King of Egypt was murdered by his brother in a coup and dismembered. Only to have his wife find all the pieces of his body, resurrect him so he can get her pregnant with their only son, who would eventually avenge his father's death and reclaim the throne back from his uncle. Heavy stuff. 

Osiris would become the god of Death, Rebirth, Fertility, and more.
