It's a good point Michael, this form sits in the footer so isn't the full contact form more a quick contact. But your right the font size is a bit big this was a quick snapshot of the work in progress rather than the supplied concept. This was picked up also and the point size dropped to 14 (rather than the HUGE 18 we have here). Thanks for the eagle eye spot!
Like this overall. It would probably throw off the symmetry, but have you played with positioning the 'send' button directly underneath the textarea? It a little weird filling it out, going from left to right back to center.
