I don't know about you guys, but for me it's this kind of stuff that is the toughest to design. Very rewarding though when it's done, though!

I like the dotted lines but the solid blue feels heavy here. Maybe a lighter color… Also can the "What" column content wrap? Military Press, Clean and Jerk, Preacher Curls… its beens ages since I was in a weight room, but I know some of the exercises have longer names.

Thanks, David. You make great points. The blue does get a little heavy. And yes, the "What" column content does wrap – Good eye.
