Client's goal for the project

The client needs a website that acts as a concierge for other General Practitioners (GPs) to get specific information to refer patients.

The client wants a website that is simple to understand for GP to take action.

My Contribution

Working together with the client, we've updated the Squarespace website.

The crucial update for this page – Copywriting & Information Hierarchy:

The page starts by giving them specific choices. The service information provides the summary of what the patient might need, to make it easier for the GP to make a decision.

Further, elaborate information are documented as a PDF – as a secondary section of this page.

Overall, I've updated the UX/UI design, the UX copy, SEO and their branding elements.

Project's Success

The client is happy with the website's efficiency.

They are not longer wasting time and resources by answering the same questions via phone and email. They delegate these tasks to the website.

The website also has 100%+ traffic over the last 2 months.
