   I feel like the space where the coffee cup icon is is a little empty. Maybe adding some ornaments like you have around the "The", or something like this.

   Daniel: I agree the middle ground is missin' a little somethin'. I messed around with putting some flourishes on either side of the coffee cup / test tube, however I found they competed too much with the flourishes around "The", just above it. It just wasn't the right touch - but I think you just spawned a couple new ideas in my brain. Thanks for the suggestion!

   I love it! I wonder if the B could come in a hair to match the kerning between the L and the A? Also, the space around the LAB text feels a little empty - my inclination would be to spell out "THE LAB" in the middle area. If you did that, you could push the "Est. 2000" text to that spot at the top. But maybe I'm too opinionated! :-) Still think it looks real nice!
