OKR Software for Valora

For Valora, the leading Foodvenience provider, we designed and developed an OKR software called "Valora Dialog". The app allows all employees across Europe to engage in a continuous development dialog with their respective managers and teams. The concept allows both synchronous and asynchronous development activities, which was key to supporting the cultural shift at Valora, moving away from annual employee reviews to a continuous learning culture.

Under the hood, the application supports Valora's approval process, master data updates, mandatory objectives, and a custom evaluation process. Employees can access the web-based Valora Dialog via any device and in their preferred language.

The Analytics Panel for the HR team highlights development engagement amongst other vital metrics and therefore allows Valora to launch targeted and more cost-effective training initiatives.
