   Mezcla (spanish work for mix or variety) Foods likes to blend the flavors of Latin America and New Orleans in their cuisine. With the word being spanish, it's my hope that the Louisiana state will help to bring the cajun inspiration.

   Nice! love the font choice and texture.

   Don't know if this would be too cliche or not, but i feel like the main text should be a deep, dark red or orange... may come across as a little more "cajun"

   Thanks Adam, and yeah I feel ya on the color. For some reason I am always draw to blue. Cant wait to dive into this logo a bit more over the weekend.
