Agency website - Our process

I've been working on our agency's new website for a bit and I feel it's coming along nicely. We're going for a modern, flat look on this new website.

The 3 icons you see will be animated upon scrolling, as will the rest of content (not currently seen) below this section. We want to instill a sense of playfulness and "life", so users don't get bored with just static content/text.
