EDIT: it seems there is a few graphical glitches, sorry about it. This is a screenshot from the real application and not the mockup I did in photoshop!
@Alberto: font is Helvetica Neue (Lion is supposed to use it).
@Jeff: as the user cases we've seen we wanted only to let the user Include content or exclude (but not both).
@Buck: I did it thinking about Lion and mixture of elements from iOS!
@Chris: absolutely! it's because is a screenshot from the real app and we haven't finished it yet. Mockup from photoshop is good: http://cl.ly/3d080o3D341K3k3Q3Y0t. Thanks for letting me know, though.
The only thing that seems off to me is the size of the slider being smaller than the space that the word Include takes up. The idea with a slider is that it's going to fully cover up the "uncovered" area when slid to that side, but this looks as though it won't fully cover up the word Include. Does that make sense?

This helper will be optional for Squire's users. You will be able to include or exclude folder/drives from the scanning process.
Special thanks to Olivier and Fernando for the great help!.
Take a look at the full preview :)

Jonathan,
How about moving the title to the left and making a "mac-os tab" switch like this: http://cl.ly/1T1y3H2O441X3x0Q1o3c

What if there were 2 drop areas in there, one exclude and one include?

Jonatan I think tabs would be a better paradigm for the functionality I see here.
Included | Excluded.
BUT! It seems you've already built it so that feedback might be late :P

Ooh, that's an awful amount of padding there from the bottom of the switch to the top of the inset.
Other than that it's looking nice :)
