PA License Plate

Well now I've got license plate fever and had to make one for my home state of Pennsylvania. The current one is decent, but I wanted to design one more similar to the retro ones - which were wayyyyy better.

In case you didn't know, we're called the Keystone State because we were right in the middle of the thirteen colonies and held a key position politically and economically. Both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were written here after all... go PA!
