The header concept for c&&c that was also a bio with handwritten hover states. After talking with Ben, we decided it was way too much for the header, since the focus is for it to be a blog, so this one is going the way of the dodo. Not to worry, though, the yellow banner logo will stay, and I've redone the circle photo/texture/handwriting for the About page, and I think it's about 500% better anyway :)

Awesome seeing your work for this progress. Yeah, I do agree that it would probably be a bit much for a header, but cool concept anyway! Looking forward to seeing the About page - sounds good!

It's fun so far, and I'm planning to write a whole long post (or three) about making it. I love this header, but I can do more with the same concepts elsewhere, and this just wasn't coming together satisfactorily anyway. Thanks for all your comments :)
