Vessels Color Study Series - 01
I'm always looking to find some reason to practice drawing, so I created this series to work on my color skills and illustration styles.
When I was trying to think of what to illustrate for this particular series, I thought there was no better combination than vintage teapots and semi-off-the-wall color schemes.
I'm still working on my use with texture, not totally comfortable with it and I feel like these illustrations could be pushed a bit more, but I'll be doing that with my next set of color ways with this series :)
I really can't get enough of and absolutely adore olive greens, mustard yellows, burnt orange, and peony pinks.
