I think it looks great overall and that's why nobody has given feedback.
If you really want me to nit-pick, I'd make the video icon a different color as it may be hard to see on some monitors. I'd also make "Show All Notifications" bold to keep it consistent with the other links.

@Sam Thanks for being the first commenter lol. I really appreciate what you said :) Unfortunately, when I stepped back from my computer and looked at the psd, it didn't seem like a website. So I started a new one (I'll be posting more of it soon). For the show all notifications, wouldn't it make more sense to become bold when the user moves their cursor over it? Or just darken the notification bar?
