Elite Learning UI/UX

During 2020 Coumba Win was tasked with increasing conversions, revenue, performance and accessibility for healthcare education brand Elite's pre-sale customer touchpoints, working with internal business stakeholders representing all branches of Elite's corporate structure.

The initiative required design work spanning branding, UX, sales, marketing and consulting. Also imperative was adhering to the rigid constraints of Elite's technical backend, which limited the design possibilities out the gate.

After analyzing competitors and engagement heat maps, we gave Elite's purchase journey a full UX and branding revamp, including multiple stylistic directions. The redesigned purchase journey and website, including the homepage, sell pages and navigation, increased the conversion rate 75% for a projected $3.8 million annual lift for 2021.

Other notable accomplishments included increasing the site's overall technical performance by 65% and improving accessibility scores to A+ on Google's grading scale.
