Drop shadow is a bit too strong, makes the button edges look blurry. There are two body font sizes, which is typically something to be avoided (but might work just fine in your case). I would also tighten GiveNow, made it a bit heavier and perhaps embossed it lightly. And lastly :) the color of the button might be a bit too calm and somber for something that is an actionable item - it makes the button look like a bit like a badge rather than a button.
