Design for Job Matching Platform
Wowner is an intelligent job matching app, where you can create a CV and see what courses you need to take to qualify for the job you want. Let’s take a closer look at filling in the questionnaire.
After the sign up, a user submits information about themselves and their job preferences, which takes 5 steps. We did our best to make this questionnaire as easy and interesting as possible.
The first 3 steps cover your experience, the tools that you have worked with, as well as previous employment details.
Before the fourth step, we added a text which says that your CV is almost over, and also there is a funny picture. In such a way, we wanted to let the user take some rest, tell them what will happen next, and make them smile as well :) Such methods are important, they make your brand look more friendly and closer to the user.
Within the next two steps, the user will set the desired salary, at what distance from home the office should be located, and their expected work schedule. Voila, the CV is ready! In addition, the user will also get a lot of useful resources, such as courses and open positions.
