Malvern Brickwork

Freelance Project 2018.

I was approached by Malvern Brickwork to design an advertising board however it became apparent they had no branding or logo in place whatsoever. Working with Malvern Brickwork we created a brief that expressed a desire for a design with a modern look, avoided cliché imagery and that could be applied to various locations i.e. advertising boards, the companies Facebook page, and vehicle graphics.

My response was a logo design based on the rectangular shape of a traditional house brick. However, because of the companies place in the construction industry I wanted to add a 3D element to the logo. I did this by the inclusion of a brick column icon.
