We're ecstatic to show you more about STRAIGHTAWAY, the UX /UI work we did for our long-term friends at RELIAS.
The Client
Relias offers assessment & education solutions for hospitals and health systems. They develop digital products, like Straightaway, that enable Healthcare Organizations to identify clinical performance issues, assess the proficiency of their providers and nurses, and address knowledge gaps with education tailored to the individual. In turn, their clients build highly reliable teams that deliver quality and consistent care.
The Challenge
Our primary goal was to make their new digital product Straightaway user-friendly and intuitive.
Relias sells these softwares to big organizations, and we all know how uncomfortable change makes people. That is why we had to design a UI & UX that would avoid the frustration of new users and show the benefits of using it.
As everything Relias launches, this software is extremely powerful for those Health Care organizations. However, to get to that point, they have to try the demo and easily understand it.
The Solution
We worked on creating a design language focused on ease of use. We've built a visual identity and simplified its application on various touchpoints. We also created multiple dashboards where users see their progress and, in this way, keep them motivated. As a result, everyone using the software for the first time knows in which step they are at, what's next, how they are going, and feel comfortable and confident instead of lost.
