Camera Networking Application
A project a friend and I worked on towards the end of the year. This shot is for a photo networking app. In this shot you can find the the profile and messaging page.
My role - UX Designer
I conducted user interviews, drafted up affinity maps and from those maps got user personas and problem statements that informed the designs.
I also conducted competitive audits and defined user journey maps for the project.
After user research, I came up with different versions for the home, profile, and messaging screens during wireframing. The screens above were the ones we settled on after different iterations.
After the first prototype was up, I conducted usability studies to test the designs with real world users.
Accessibility was taken into consideration during the design process. (DM to learn more about our considerations).
The app is currently under development. I'll be sure to update you and provide a download link once it's ready.
