User research report | Netto

Netto is a discount grocery store and the largest grocery store chain in Denmark. It is part of the Salling Group, which is 100% owned by the Salling Foundations. At the time this project was made, Netto was upgrading their stores from Netto 1.0 to 3.0, to improve the user experience for their customers when shopping.

This was a research project made in 2019, in cooperation with Netto, to help them find out if the user experience had been improved to the better with Netto's new store 3.0 rather than Netto 1.0.

This was a report that I designed which was the result of our groups research.
