   @Marshall - Typically, the magnifying is always small in a search field. It should tell the users that's a search bar, but it should also be subtle as it's not a physically usable element. You'll see the same thing in your browser, be it a globe, a star, a magnifying glass, or anything.

   I agree with Marshall that the magnifying glass looks disproportionally minimalist compared to the other 2 bold, chunky icons (which I find to be too close from each other, too).

   But all in all this looks really good.

    @Sam I was trying to say that that magnifying glass was probably not related to the other two icons. It's especially not supposed to mimic them in size and weight. It just wouldn't make sense.

    Reading back now I do sound like a chump in my last comment, wasn't on purpose mate.

    Pixely awesome.

    IMO the magnifying glass is spot on. It carries the same visual weight as the label. Wouldn't want to introduce more hierarchy there.
