My recreation of Broderick's Dark UI using Fireworks. The layered source PNG is attached (open with Fireworks).
The goal was to show how a number of Photoshop UI techniques are done in Fireworks. Everything was recreated from scratch to help demonstrate process.

Funny to see how other FW users achieve their graphics. Very different approach than I'd do ;)
Fireworks allows a great deal of creative freedom. I de-constructed the layered Fw PNG and found a few interesting techniques in it!
You work a lot in Fireworks, I presume? I think it'd be both interesting and useful if you posted more Fw PNG files like this one! :)
