When designers start working with a new client, very often they propose to them to fill in a special brief.
In such briefs, clients describe their situation or issues that they have with their businesses, share ideas, and provide details that help designers to develop the right final product. But the thing is that some designers still send a PDF form, Google Forms, or even (we hope you don’t do this) a Word file.
We in Smotrow Design decided to go further and show the highest level of client service.
Our studio developed an exclusive, custom-made online brief that is customized to each client individually, has only the client’s data, and allows easily provide valuable information to our team. The brief is divided into several sections like “Messaging”, “Identity”, “Company” and others. All the answers are automatically sent to the studio.
After we have shown this online form to a few studios and they bought it, we realized how valuable it can be for everyone. So we decided to upload the source files publically.
