Hi Amir and welcome to Dribbble.
I love your Loading Bar, but if I may express my opinion,I would give the body a little more volume and some texture( noise is fine at a really small opacity,I think it would do just great) and the last thing,I suggest you make the white stripes a little whiter too,It looks kinda fuzzy to me.
Nonetheless it is a very great loading bar as it is, but this I would do to improve the design.
