If you extend the backside of the B up more or even loop it around/behind the F

F is noticeable first because we read top to bottom and left to right. Agreed about the F3 comment, but it's a beautiful mark. Keep at it!

I think this helped with the legibility, making the B look more like a B by closing the gap in the bottom a bit and just improving the overall B shape :)

This looks great, the strokes have such a nice, dynamic feel to them. Agree with the comments + suggestions on legibility and I like where you're going with the revision. Another possibility could be to enlarge and adjust the top loop of the B slightly so that it's more prominent.
