Yeah I agree with Rogie on melding the aesthetics. Maybe both could feel at home if you hint the logo to be physically "attached" to the polished interface? Like a sticker? Stencil? Stamp? Just a thought.
Agree with @Rogie too, the diff styles don’t mesh so well IMO. If the grunge texture isn’t so crucial to the brand, ditch it from the logo and call it a day. If the texture is a must, which looks ever so awesome, then I would eliminate most of the styling on the buttons and apply a super subtle texture (like in your bg) to the buttons or perhaps to the text on the buttons, so it has a similar style to the logo.
