Monet would be like jealous... or something
Is this all done digitally, non-digitally, or a mix? My graphic design skills are painfully limited to gradients, layer properties, and occasionally filters in photoshop, so I envy how you can make something look so natural and textured.
Let me guess... hmm..
coloring, smudge, texture, pattern and subtle?
@Tyler - Yeah it's all digital :)
@kailoon- Haha, smudge? Nah, never use the thing. But the other ones are correct, plus quite a few other things :)
That's a Photoshop filter, all the way.
@Johnny - Haha, it does look a bit like that, but it actually 16 layers of textures, lighting and other effects on top of the colors layer: http://dribbble.com/shots/155635-The-Color-of-Night/attachments/323
Beautiful work man!
@ Matthew - Hah, I was totally kidding, I can see the work that went into it. :-D I really love the texture that you bring out in this.
@Johnny - Haha, yeah I thought so, I just wanted an excuse to try out the "attachment" feature ;)
Matthew == best backgrounds on dribbble!
Colours are just awesome!
:D You are a BEAST Matt!
You guys are too kind :)

@Joe - Maybe one day :)
