You could consider killing the logout button entirely and make it one of the options on the "Account" drop down, unless it's something you really expect people to do often. Also, you may be able to eliminate "Account v" entirely and just make the user's name itself be the drop-down for the Account menu with the right treatment. Twitter does this with their user reflector and it seems to work well.

It's the sign out, but since you had to ask, I might have to put a tooltip over it when someone hovers, or convert it to straight text, eh? =)

If anything, I'd just put a stylized tooltip for it saying "log out" or something. Nothing too much! Looks great though.
