For years it's been my dream to have a portable digital sketchbook. The iPad is getting close. I used Brushes to create this, you can export a video that shows you drawing from the app. You can see the progress video here.

Love the video, how did you put that together, so looks seamless... So this 'was' done on the iPad, just using your fingers to swipe and draw?

I used a stylus but gave up on it after a while, I had to press hard to get it to work. It didn't feel natural so I used my finger for the rest of it. The app I used (Brushes) has a video export feature built in. Nice little feature.

Been looking at brushes for the iPad, the video featue is nice touch for sure. What stylus did you try, did you find the finger input that much better or just better feedback? Also, great job!

I used a Pogo stylus, cheap and works. I zoomed into an area and drew there to get more control when using my finger to paint.
