From the new font. The at sign is one of the most vexing characters to draw, and I almost never like the result,. But this one has been a delight to use, at any size. Here's hoping the rest of the font goes as well!

I can vouch for the @ sign being a daunting character to do. Looks good.
Looking forward to it! I enjoyed learning a little about the design process of Topaz and Ideal Sans via Pentagram's Art Institute of Chicago identity.

Not only is this @ beautiful, but the crop is excellent. The space outside the character feels like a part of it. Even Dribbble's shot border style feels at home with the thicks and thins of the typeface.
Type designers have such an amazing feel for this kind of balance. Really nice.

I´m trying to imagine how the new font will look.
The top of the stem and the lower part of the bowl seems calligraphic, but everything else seems to have very little contrast... Interesting mix! Can´t wait to see more of it.
