Portland Merit Badges

Some in progress Portland Merit Badges I'm working on. The idea for this project is that the Tourism Board in Portland, Oregon could offer merit badges to people in Portland for completing certain Portland activities. To get your Taste of Voodoo badge you have to eat a Voodoo Donut, Park Ranger would be accomplished by visiting Portland parks, eating at a food cart would earn your Food Cartesouir badge, and Tour De Portland would be completed by taking a bike tour in Portland.
