A redesign of existing account registration form, that was very cluttered, done in html5/css3. With focus on simplicity, user experience (such as easy to read and logical listing, as well as visually understandable tooltip). The 'required' on the right only shows up when hovering over label, or clicking inside input field. If email hasn't been used yet, the yellow-ish highlight changes to green, and stays green (a very light green) and green checkmark appears instead of tooltip. Same if passwords match.
