   The "Good work! Good times!" bit is a bit lopsided because of that exclamation mark. It seems mis-aligned, even though it is right-aligned as one would expect.

   I would try hanging the punctuation or actually just getting rid of it altogether and see if that works better.

   Otherwise, this is beautiful type-based design and nice texture.
