    @david arias Did the client have any issues using the envelopes you made? Did these follow the Post Office guidelines? Only asking because I've had some problems in the past designing envelopes.

    Yes, they pass Canada Post guidelines for No.10 envelopes. The client is happily using these. There are usually issues when there are heavily saturated colors/graphics in the areas where envelopes get scanned, bar-coded, and as long as there are no heavy colors or graphics on those stamp, and 'quiet areas', there shouldn't be any issues. Of course, I can't for speak for U.S. Post Office Guidelines.
