[Email] Litmus Add New Users

We just sent out an email to users letting them know they can add more users for free (for those available)! This will be added to our onboarding process as well. You can see the talented @Jason Rodriguez in the mockup (give him a follow!).

What's cool about this email:
1) Implements a different kind of "bulletproof button" method for email using webkit/moz targeted media queries (no VML needed for Outlook)
